Birkman Conversation: 90 minutes, virtual

This is no cookie cutter approach to communications. This session will help you discover how to approach your communications by maximizing your individual strengths and motivators.

The Birkman Method is a perception and self-awareness tool that can be used to build your Emotional Intelligence. It offers insights into your strengths, environments in which you thrive, and how and when you might exhibit stress behaviors. After taking the assessment, one of Articulation’s coaches will review your results with you. We will investigate how you prefer to interact with people, how you influence others, and provide strategies to perform at your best on a regular basis.

Style & Delivery with Influential Presence: full-day, in-person*

It’s not just WHAT you say. Sometimes it’s HOW you say it.

This all-day, in-person retreat brings together everything you have learned up until this point and then goes further, asking: how do you show up as your best, most influential self?

This session is all about helping you develop and hone your power to influence through a combination of gravitas and communication. You will work through the process of understanding your own presence – from the quality of your voice, to the words you choose, to how you communicate non-verbally. Throughout, you will build better skills to command attention, evoke confidence, influence people and transform outcomes.

Learnings include:

  • Confirm values-based leadership style
  • Know what behaviors distinguish a leader
  • Build understanding of the impact of your individual communication style.

The day will culminate with a 5-minute business presentation created with learnings from Message Method Fundamentals, and Storytelling and Slide Visual modules for peer and coach feedback on your content, style and delivery.
